Oct 2007 Hi Mary Your villa was absolutely perfect!! The condition was impeccable. You have the whole place outfitted so that nothing more could have been asked for. I met Royce and he was great. The whole group had a great time including a fish caught and thrown back and an alligator named "Al" by the family.

We have just arrived back from two weeks in your fabulous villa and I can assure you we will be back, it fully catered for the three generations of my family that was there, from the games room for the younger ones to the fishing from your private dock which kept my husband amused for hours. It was located in a lovely little estate probably the best out of the five we have stayed in over the years. Everything was wonderful and I cannot praise it enough. Thank you for letting us have the use of it and I will be in touch before our next holiday in Florida!

Mary's Best is a wonderfully situated house for a large
family or two small families. We had two small families, one
with 3 and one with 4 and all had their own room with plenty
of space. I've stayed at houses in other areas but this one
was the best thus far. Mary is wonderful to deal with and
her management team is tops. They are very attentive and
timely to any requests. When she says she has enough towels
for everyone, she is telling the truth. We swam in the pool
every morning and in the evening after a full day at the
parks and never ran out of towels. The game room and bikes
are a fun past time when you just want to relax and the
creatures out front and out back definitely keep your
interest sparked. I would highly recommend Mary's Best Villa
to anyone who doesn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room.
The Disney parks are only 3 exits away and Universal is
about a 20 minute drive. If you have any questions, please

May 2007 Hello Mary We just returned this evening from Orlando. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The weather was near perfect all the way until Friday, when it was a little cool, windy, overcast and started raining later in the day. Unfortunately, we had chosen that day to visit a water park! But we still had so much fun. The crowds weren't too bad, though I'm sure starting today, they will be much larger as most students here in the US are getting out of school. I feel we timed the vacation very well. Your house is lovely! It worked perfectly for our family, with 3 separate families within the extended family. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom, and the 2 boys (ages 11 and 5) shared a room and the 2 girls (ages 8 and 3) shared a room. It truly was ideal. We appreciate so much being able to stay in your home and it worked perfectly for us. It really is very close to Disney, where we spent 3 of our days, and not a bad drive to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and the International Drive area. Thanks so much for having us. March 2007 The villa was all we had hoped for. The boys loved being able to fish off the dock. We ate breakfast and dinner at the house and packed sandwiches for our days at the parks and beach. It was so nice to come home and relax around the pool. We really enjoyed having the ice available in the house too. Hi Mary, We had a wonderful time!! You house is beautiful!
It made us want to move to Florida! Everything was perfect.
The pool was warm and the beds comfortable. The
neighbourhood was quiet and just big enough for my husband
and I to walk for our morning exercise. The location was
perfect as well. It really was just minutes to Disney and
all the great attractions, and with a grocery store just
down the road we could get food on the way home from the
parks and not have to eat out. Darlene
Feb 2007 Hi Mary, Your villa was perfect for our two families. The home is so big in fact we didn’t end up using the dining room at all and surprisingly hardly used the games room. The children spent most of their time outdoors, in the pool. The computer access was also great to have. Any problems we encountered were quickly dealt with by the management company. Your villa is very beautiful and clean. Easy access to highways, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants... Overall we were very happy with this rental. Thanks again. Cindy
Mary, We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was so fantastic that we will never book a hotel when going on holiday again!!!. It's private villas with pools for us in future. It was so relaxing we did not want to leave. The kids and ourselves loved the pool and went swimming everyday. The house is very spacious and everyone really enjoyed the games room ( I am the family pool champion!). We spent every second day going to themeparks and rested the next day at the villa so we really got to enjoy it. The weather was really good well into the 90's while we were there but we were very comfortable with the air conditioning in the house. And it really is close to Disney. We enjoyed the local TexMex Chillis a few times. Once again thanks for renting the house to us we really enjoyed a relaxing holiday there. July 2006 Mary, Thank you for all your help! We loved the villa! We had a minor problem with the jacuzzi temperature, but Royce came over immediately to fix it. It was so pleasant being able to come back in the afternoon and swim, and then play pool at night after the kids went to sleep. I hope we left everything in good order. Hi Mary We had a wonderful time (even if we had to share our vacation with Tropical Storm Alberto!). The house was beautiful. The kids wanted to bring your house home with us! I've been telling everyone about the house and how well it worked for us. It was so nice being able unwind in our own "space". I can't imagine the four of us sharing a hotel room ever again; you spoiled us. You can plan on us being repeat customers. Also, your management team was very helpful. Since Minnesotan's don't usually have pools (we would only be able to use it two months of the year due to chilly temperatures) we needed some help in knowing how to operate the spa. May 2006 Mary, My family and I had the most wonderful time. I only have good things to say about our stay. The villa is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and well supplied. The directions to the villa that you sent were excellent. We didn't arrive until almost midnight on Saturday night so detailed directions were greatly appreciated. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer. We've all agreed that next time we will plan a longer trip so we can spend more time at the villa.

April 2006 Mary . About the villa: Bottom line, was perfect for us. A little more room than the three of us needed but ideal for those not interested in getting packed into one of the Disney resorts at twice the price. Was great to go there to rest and swim during the heat of the day and then return to the parks later as the house is only a 10 minute drive to the parks. The house was very clean and well maintained as well. One of the biggest plus' was the broadband internet connection and computer for checking weather, maps and e-mail. We felt right at home and our daughter is already planning our next trip to our "other house" in Florida. Thanks again and look forward to staying at your villa the next time we go on holiday. March 2006 Mary, We had a great vacation, the house was ideal. Close to Disney and in an exceptionally quiet neighbourhood. The PC was well utilized by my kids, who could stay connected to friends at home. Jan 2006 Mary, My family and I had a great time, we loved your villa. We chose your villa to rent mainly due to the information on your web site. However the web site pictures do not do justice to the real villa. We could not get over the size of the place. What we liked about Bestvilla was the simple price structure. Many places had additional costs for everything from cleaning to linens to using the barbeque plus taxes. My kids voted the pool and hot tub number one, followed by the games room, the dock where we caught several small bass was third. Even though there are five bedrooms my family of four fought each for the other the king size bed in the large master bedroom on the main floor. We did not get a chance to ride the bikes but were grateful they were there if we wanted to use them. We voted this our best holiday ever. We would love to stay at your place again . Jan2006 Hi Mary, We really enjoyed the villa. The pool heat worked perfectly (we had had problems with that at other houses in the past), and the kids loved jumping into a nice warm pool after a long day at the parks. The adults equally loved sliding into the hot tub. The house was clean and we were absolutely delighted by the number of towels available (kids + pool = lots of towels!). The neighbourhood was very quiet and beautiful. I loved drinking my coffee out on the deck watching the fish swirl around the lake. We loved the entire week and Royce was very helpful and polite. The best and most unexpected part of the villa was the location. We were stunned at how close we were to the parks. All in all, a wonderful vacation at a gorgeous house. Thank you so much! Dec 2005 Mary, We just wanted you to know we had a wonderful vacation and your villa was beautiful. It was so nice to have all the comforts of home while on vacation. The heated pool and hot tub were So nice to "come home" to after a long day in the parks with the kids. The heater on the pool was not turned on when we arrived and Cyndi came right out and took care of it. She was extremely helpful. Oct 2005 Mary I wanted to thank you for the use of your villa. It was everything you stated it would be. It was in a good location and away from some of the hussle of everything, but still very close to the entrances to Disney World. You provided some great things that most other locations do not. Some of the extra amenities were the extra pillows in every room, along with an extra blanket for each bed. There were more then enough towels for my entire family (11) that travelled with us. The extra pool towels were a big hit also. I must also say the high speed internet was a big help to all, for all three couples checked email every day. The game room was a big hit to the children and kept them occupied when we needed a little break from it all. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and very clean. Your management service was of great assistance. When we had questions, they were quick to respond. Providing the small box of laundry detergent was a big help to us, right off the bat. You should be proud of your villa and the customer service that you provide. You were very easy to work with and have already recommended your villa to others. Things we liked included: The pool was great and the guys serviced while we were there The door lock system Plenty of towels and wash clothes Plenty of TVs Big extra for me was the high speed internet connection. I was able to prepare for work (4 hrs) one night which helped tremendously. We didn't use the gas grill, toys in the garage or bicycles but it was nice to know they were available The master bed mattress was very comfortable.
