To make a booking simply follow these three simple steps: 1. E-mail us with your details and the dates you are interested in travelling for a confirmed quotation. 2. Forward a USD 300 security deposit to secure your dates. 3. A formal booking confirmation will be issued on receipt. These are 'direct to owner's' rates. Higher rates apply when the property is booked through an agency. All rates are fully inclusive of villa rental charge, state tax, cleaning,linen, towels, crib etc. Please note until booked rates are subject to change. A cleaning charge applies for stays of 3 days or less.
